Rules:
  1. Classic: Normal Sudoku rules apply.
  2. Disjoint Group: Cells in the same relative position with respect to a box cannot contain identical digits.
  3. Renban: There are a few green/blue/red lines shown in the grid. These are renban lines. A renban line of length n contains n sequential (consecutive) digits, but they may be arranged in any order on the line.
  4. Inequality: There are a few inequalities shown in the grid to indicate R5C2 > R5C3, R8C2 > R8C3, and R2C8 < R2C9.

Needed some hints (I'm not good at renban AT ALL) but solved it, in the end. Very nice logic!

A key bit of logic, a little trial and error, followed by disjoint coloring. Nice puzzle.
