This puzzle is a variant of Arrow sudoku.

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
A cell with a small black arrow contains the circle of a sudoku arrow and the direction in which the small black arrow points shows the direction of the sudoku arrow but the length of the sudoku arrow is not known. A sudoku arrow lies entirely in the direction pointed by the small black arrow. Only single-cell circles are possible. Not all possible arrows are given.
