Nice puzzle, with a lovely break-in idea, but I think that the difficulty might have been way oversold by other comments, I found it only 3*, it only requires a knowledge of the 3-cell arrow sums.
In any case, thanks for setting this, TNC.

Fantastic! 2 years later, I still can't think of a break-in that blew my mind as much as this one. And the resolution at the end is just glorious.

Gibt es hier einen Geheimtrick, den es zu erraten gilt?
Ich habe bereits mehrere Lösungen, die mit den Vorgaben übereinstimmen, aber nicht die gewünschte Lösung ergeben :(
Is there a secret trick here to guess?
I already have several solutions that match the guidelines, but do not give the desired solution :(

@Mody:
I'm not sure at which point you're having trouble, so I'll suggest watching a solve by Simon. Link:

If you somehow fully filled the grid, you can turn on 'Highlight Conflicts' in f-puzzles settings to see why the solution is not correct
Hope that helps :)

Wow! After 12 to 18 hours, I finally solved it! You certainly earned your "very hard" rating - thanks for the puzzle :)

Really cool idea!

Very nice! Some interesting and unusual logic required to start this one. Hard to judge the difficulty level. Once I actually opened F-Puzzles, it was a very quick solve. But I stared at the grid for quite a while before that, trying to figure out what was going on.

That is insanely difficult break-in logic - but beautiful! Amazing puzzle.
