Bigger Dot X-sum

Die Hinweise außerhalb des Gitters sind X-Summen-Hinweise.
Sie geben die Summe der ersten X-Ziffern in der Zeile oder Spalte an, in der die Ziffer X die Zelle neben dem Hinweis ist.
Hinweise derselben Farbe haben denselben Wert + - die Ziffer im Kreis.
Gegenüberliegende X-Summen-Hinweise überlappen sich nie.
Vielen Dank an Bigger für Vorschläge zur Verbesserung des Puzzles in seiner endgültigen Form.

Unfortunately, I don't get the rules. After I had an idea on how it could work, I got my first digit after about an hour, but it was unsolvable then. So I think I got the rules wrong. Could you make an example on how this works, please? I think it might be a really good puzzle. But without understanding the rules, it is all for nothing.
