Puzzle Type: Irregular Arrow Sudoku

Rules:
- Irregular: There are 9 9-cell regions in the grid. Each region contains each digit from 1-9 exactly once. Each row and column also contain the digits from 1-9 exactly once.
- Arrow: There are some arrows shown on the grid. The digits on the arrow path add up to the digit in the arrow circle. Digits on the arrow may repeat if allowed by other rules.
