Standard sudoku rules apply. Digits on the arrow must sum to the digit in the circle, and clues outside the grid are the sum of the digits on that diagonal. Cells with an X between them sum to 10, and cells with a V between them sum to 5. Not all of the X's and V's are given. F-Puzzles link.

adding comment about not all of the X's and V's being given

bei diesem Typ gehört es eigentlich dazu anzugeben, ob alle X/V gegeben sind.
