A River Runs Through: Variant Sudoku

Standard Variant Rules:
1. The numbers on the outside of the grid indicate the sum of the diagonal
2. The grey lines are palindromes
3. Grey circles must be odd numbers and grey squares must be even numbers
4. Digits inside a cage must add up to the number in the left hand corner
5. Standard Sudoku rules apply

I love how the geometry of the river keep giving clues during the solve. Great job! I enjoyed it a lot.

Wow this was fun! That break-in was so elegant, and the whole puzzle flowed well and felt clever. It took me around an hour and it just flew by.
