Rules

• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Digits on a line must have a value strictly between the digits in the circles on its end.
• White dots indicate consecutive neighbouring cells.
  Black dots indicate a ratio of 1:2 between neighbouring cells.
  Not all possible dots are given.
• Digits in a cage sum to the given value. Digits must not repeat within a cage.
