Oh, no! My clock is broken! Can you put the hands back in the correct direction?

RULES:
- Standard sudoku rules apply.
- Cells with a roman numeral between them sum to that numeral, except the cells with I and II between them, where the values in the cells have a difference of that value instead.
- The frame of the clock is a palindrome, where the ends of the palindrome have to be determined. The sequence of digits along the palindrome is the same independent of which end you start from.
- The arrows outside of the grid have to be positioned with the circle in the central cell, but may be rotated together in steps of 45° (8 possible positions, I have drawn a few examples in the picture). The digits on each arrow sum up to the digit in the circle.



This was a lot of fun to set, and has some interesting interaction between the palindrome and the sums. Hope you enjoy it!
