Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Little killers: Digits along diagonals indicated by arrows outside the grid must sum to the given number at that arrow. Digits may repeat along a diagonal.
- Arrows: Digits along an arrow in the grid must sum to the digit in its circle. Digits may repeat along an arrow.

Hint:
step 1: investigate the options for the arrow circles, and think how they can be distributed around box 5 (Phistomefel ring).
Step 2: think about how the arrows restrict the position of some digits and how they affect other clues.

What in the heaven is that opening sequence...
Straight up to my favorite of all-time list, that's absolutely astounding and intricate solve path, some of the logic felt too clever for me to even comprehend :O

Phew that was tough. But what a great puzzle. Thank you @abed hawila for setting a great puzzle.
#EDIT: Remembered Qodec recommending this, but that was the Gliperal impossible sandwich. You ofc recommended this yourself, and I am glad you did :)
