It should be a consumer day puzzle. But Peking saw a sandstorm for the first time since 2008. And Old Miles lived there. Si here we go.
Standard sudoku rules applies. Fill the grid with numbers from 1 to 9 so each digit occurs exactly once in every row, column and 3x3 box.
A sandstorm is here. People can't see that far into the grid. In other words, the digit outside the grid means the number of skyscrapers one can see in the first four cells.
This puzzle is made by Old Miles from China. Sandstorm is mostly pm10, So this puzzle should be up at 10 pm. Happy World Consumer Right Day.
