Anti-Knight Heyawake

Regular Heyawake with an Anti-Knight Constraint.
Heyawake rules:
Colour some cells of the grid black so that:
- No two orthogonally adjacent cells are black.
- All the white cells form an orthogonally connected component.
- No horizontal or vertical row of white cells spans three rooms.
Additionally - no two black cells can be a knight's move away from each other.
Play at puzz.link - won't check for anti-knight constraint.

Solution code: Enter the number of black cells in each row, from top to bottom
