Standard killer sudoku rules apply, except no cage totals are given.
Kropki rules do not apply to cells.
Standard Kropki rules apply to cage totals.
This means that cages connected with a white dot have consecutive cage totals.
Cages connected with a black dot have cage totals in a 1:2 ratio.
All possible dots are given.

I always think it's a shame, when puzzles don't get many solves because they are very difficult. So I will try this. Make this a four star puzzle by revealing the following lines (careful spoilers):
Hint 1: The puzzle is based on the concept of divisibility.
Hint 2: Compare the divisibility of two specific regions of the grid.

Very elegant, but not *that* difficult, even without the hint. The rough solution path was clear from the start, and the progression was more or less forced.
