Rules:
According to the following rules, the grid is divided into 7 different regions, each regions contains 7 cells:
1. Fill in a number from 1-7 in each region, and make each row, column and region have no repeated numbers;
2. The clues outside the grid represent the sum of the X digits along that row or column, Where X is the first number in that row or column.
3. The end of the X-sum clue represents a border between two different regions. For example, if a 6 clue is 3-2-1, this means that the 3 digits belong to the region and there is a region border at 1 in the direction of the clue.
4. Grey squares are even, and grey circles are odd.
The puzzle is easy and straightforward, counting on your feedback to proceed for a 9x9 grid.
Enjoy!

After having solved Jesper's Chaos Construction X-sums first, this was a very fluent solve. But all the same great fun! Very nice idea.
Thank you! glad to hear this, if you want a more challenging puzzle, here is my latest: https://logic-masters.de/Raetselportal/Raetsel/zeigen.php?id=0006PL

Nice puzzle. I'm inexperienced at Build Your Own Irregular Grid puzzles, so being able to finish one was nice. I had to switch to Penpa to keep things straight though. I've saved my link, with solution check included.

I really enjoy chaos construction puzzles (like those by stephane.bura and by cdwg2000's friend). It was an fun solve!
A minor critique is that it would better if no extra constraints were needed, but that can sometimes be tricky to implement.

@cdwg2000 thank you! This was inspired by one of your puzzle series, Maybe I should have mentioned that in the puzzle description. Indeed, I will try to work on the 9x9 asap.
@marcmees thank you for your feedback! And sorry for the inconsistency. I agree with you, I had no intention to add additional clues and rules but because of the limitations in the grid as you saw in the final grid, I had to add them to disambiguate the deadly pattern without affecting the solving path.

Made me think of the cdwg2000 series on chaos construction, which I like. Found the logic pleasant until stuck halfway, to find out about the circle and square that didn't come out on the print. Finished in a minute after that discovery, which made me feel it could have been nicer to get the whole solution path on one rule, not too many add-ons. (addict of simplicity)... but of course , I have no clue what problems setters face to accomplish that. Bravo to all who do.
By the way, I liked it if that was not clear. I am looking forward to your 9x9.
