A number outside the grid is the sum of all digits (not necessarily distinct) on the diagonal in the direction of the little arrow.
You can try this on Penpa+ or F-Puzzles. Enjoy!

I HAVE PERSEVERED. It may have taken several attempts from scratch over the span of two or so months, but I have persevered.
Incredibly job, seriously. It amazes me that such a simplistic construction could yield the logic it did.
