Normal Sudoku rules apply. Each row, column, and 3x3 box contains each number from 1 to 9 exactly once.
Kropki Sudoku rules apply. The black dot represents a 1:2 ratio and the white dots represent a difference of 1 between two neighbouring cells. NOT all possible black and white dots are indicated; a.k.a. no negative constraint.
The grey cells are extra regions, that contain all the digits from 1 to 9 (just like a killer cage with a total of 45).
The puzzle is also available online.
There is a version with killer cages instead of extra regions here.
