Here is another training puzzle for the upcoming DSM qualifier on 21.-25.01.21. See the text below the grid for more examples. Have fun!
Fill the grid with digits 1 to 9 so that each row, column and 3x3 box contains each digit exactly once.
Digits in circles are the arithmetic mean of the digits along each of the corresponding arrows.
Two Average Arrows training puzzles can be found in Round 6 of WPF Sudoku GP 2017 (Serbian Round)
