BIOHAZARD!

Oh no! I've just dropped all my thermometers on the ground! It's made a mess and now the floor is a biohazard. During cleanup, I noticed that they are all leaking but still kind of work? Maybe? I hope they still work in my Sudoku puzzle...

Rules:

• Normal sudoku rules apply.
• "Leaking" Thermometers (non-standard!):
• The digits on a thermometer strictly increase from the bulb end, except they are broken at one location, marked by a red circle and a greater than symbol.
• At that broken location, the digit decreases by exactly 1 (across the greater than symbol).
• Digits from the broken location strictly increase again from that new value, as if the red circle starts a new thermometer.
• "Leaking" Thermometers examples:
• Possible order with the broken digit in bold: 132368
• Example Image (just an example, not necessarily the correct solution for this thermo)
