The starting point of 2358 lies in the portal puzzles with the IDs RJ and RK. Some details in German are collected in our forum: http://forum.logic-masters.de/showthread.php?tid=1846

Glad you like it,I know the label "2358". I really don't know the source. Is it "Fibonacci number"?

I really like this puzzle! Not only because of the solving path, but it also is a fantastic contribution to the topic of 2358-puzzles. I'm not sure if the author is aware of this subject that had its start several years ago here in the portal. From my point of view you might add the 2358 label.

BTW, if you have the feeling your puzzles could be too many, why don't you make a contest for the contest engine? There you can do whatever you want and get many solvers in a short time. And they stay in the contest engine.

Thank you for your kind feedback! Just like you, I am also an ordinary puzzle solver. I also like all kinds of beautiful puzzles that appear every day. Haha, trying to solve puzzles is the greatest respect for the puzzle author. I will try my best.Try to recommend more beautiful puzzles.

I am one of those who discovered this site thanks to CTC. I am an average solver, sometimes slightly better, but no good at the REALLY hard ones. So I appreciate the variety and the higher numbers of published puzzles - that allows me to choose the type and difficulty nearly every day. I also am amazed at how the comments section is in large majority friendly and respectful (on CTC as well).
@cdwg2000, your show of humility is greatly appreciated. I don't think you ever meant any disrespect toward the other puzzle setters. But your willingness to show understanding is a sign that you're a good person. Please continue to add value to this wonderful site.

Thank you very much for your kind reminder. Since I know very little about Sudoku/puzzle competitions, I should be more friendly in the future. After all, I have been enjoying beautiful puzzles for free on the website. These are the achievements of the puzzle maker.

Of course criticism is allowed. But you should always remember that the author has put a lot of work and time into the puzzle. And that you could miss something yourself, either a nice solution path or a theme.
Take e.g. pwahs's puzzles some days ago. You called them too easy (BTW: pwahs is the puzzle world champion), but didn't notice the theme (31.12.2020 -> 01.01.2021).

Thank you! Perhaps after solving many excellent puzzles, I became more demanding. For puzzles that are not the best, sometimes I will make some unfriendly comments. Maybe I should cherish the current situation. After all, I like challenging puzzles and solving problems. I should respect every author who publishes puzzles here.
I will try to publish more interesting puzzles in the future.

Don't care about some negative comments. Your ratio solved/published is much better than many others. And it has never been said that authors must also be solvers. This started with all the CtC followers, which came to the portal only for publishing their sudokus. It was a bit unlucky that you came to the portal exactly the same time. If you had come here some years ago, people would have been much friendlier. I think many of those who want back the 'old times' have forgotten, that very often there were just 1 or 2 puzzles a week.
Of course, some of the easiest puzzles, e.g. the herugolfs, are not very interesting and could be left out. But maybe someone else loves it. And people can use filters.

Thank you so much for your kind feedback! Basically, I also publish puzzles through mobile, so I always remember to add online links (of course, most of the time through the help of others), I am glad that you can like puzzles other "no Sudoku" (after all, all I publish are Standard types of puzzles are very simple), haha, I will continue to be an excellent setter later.

As someone who frequently views the "No Sudoku" list of new puzzles I've really appreciated your 'flood' of puzzles, and the large variety of puzzle types presented.
Of the 85 'no sudoku' puzzles posted in December' the breakdown is:
You:25
zzzyxas: 25 (advent calendar)
everyone else combined: 35 some of which are probably untagged sudokus
It's safe to say there would be significantly less variety in the portal without your contributions.
I also really appreciate that you include links to play online since I frequently solve on mobile, without access to any editing software or a printer.
Happy New Year! I look forward to solving more of your puzzles in 2021.
