Spots of Slingshots Sudoku

(Published on 20. December 2020, 06:00 by ICHTUES)

Normal Sudoku rules apply. All colored cells contain a different digit and in total 24 slingshots. Equal color = equal number of slingshots in the cell. There is NO negative constraint, white cells could contain slingshots.
In addition:

· R6C7 does NOT contain any slingshot
· R7C8 is odd
· a thermo (increasing from the bulb)
· a sudoku-arrow (circle = sum of the arrow)

Clarification of rule R6C7 does not contain any slingshot. R6C7 can't contain a slingshot arrow since it's not coloured. So does this mean it's not possible for the yellow square in R7C7 to slingshot R6C7 elsewhere?

@polar
It would be possible. It only means that in R6C7 is no slingshot-arrow.

White cells can also contain slingshots. There is no negative constraint (with exception R6C7).
