39! (a mix of Sudoku Variants)

Normal Killer, Little Killer, Arrow and Thermo Sudoku rules apply. Additionally
1. Numbers may not repeat on the red highlighted cells
2. The numbers 3 and 9 are partners. Wherever 3 or 9 appears on the grid its partner (9 or 3) appears at least once on the cells around it (including diagonal adjacent cells)
Note: Yellow highlight is just for decoration and has no impact
Variants Description
Killer Sudoku: The Number given at the corner of dashed cage indicate the sum of all digits inside the cage. The digits on the cage may not repeat.
Little Killer Sudoku: The digits on a diagonal pointed at by an arrow, sum up to the number behind the arrow. The digits on a diagonal may repeat.
Arrow Sudoku: Digits in a circle should equal the sum of all digits on the arrow leaving that circle, the two digits circle indicates two digits number. The digits on the arrow may repeat.
Thermo Sudoku: digits on thermometer must increase as one moves further from the bulb end

Happy birthday and thanks for the puzzle! It was a bit beyond my ability, so I did a little bifurcation on the 1s and found the path that was eluding me.
So, what puzzle will you do for 40 :-?
