Normal sudoku rules apply. Numbers in the thermometer increase from the bulb. Arrows outside the grid indicate that the three numbers in the column or row closest to the arrow are increasing in the direction of the arrow. If there is no arrow, then the numbers cannot be increasing or decreasing.
