Pointing Arrow Sudoku

This puzzle is a variant of Arrow Sudoku.
The usual sudoku rules apply. The numbers in the circles represent the sum of the numbers along each arrow in the circle, and the numbers may repeat along the arrows. At the same time, the number in the circle appears in the direction of the arrow at least once.
