The number outside the box represents the sum of the numbers between the largest number and the smallest number in the first 6 cells of the row and column from that position.

春卷, also known as spring cakes, pancakes. It is a traditional food for Chinese Han nationality folk festivals. Popular in all parts of China, especially in Jiangnan and other places. For more information about 春卷, please refer to link

!!!Notice:This is a variant of Sandwich Sudoku. The observation numbers are limited to the first 6 cells, and the sandwich numbers are the largest and smallest numbers in the first 6 cells.

Ouch. That was hard!
Especially finding the first digits was hard and it really took a long time before the solve came in a flow. You have to be careful not to fall into the trap of the normal sandwich-characteristic with 1 and 9. Cool idea, also to distinguish between 1 and 9 without giving one of them.
Good one!

I solved a spring roll sudoku, didn't find it when wanting to introduce the solution code and finally found the analysis of a completely solved sandwich sudoku. spoiled a bit the achievement. nice sandwich variant.

***Thank you so much for your kind feedback and I am glad you like it! Since no one noticed it before, I gave a brief analysis of this question before I plan to release a more difficult version of the same type by the author. If this breaks your mood, I apologize! I will post another harder version of the author as soon as possible.
