Killers in the house

This puzzle is harder than the ones I posted before. It's not extremely hard so I am gonna rate it as 4 stars.
It took me a while to construct this puzzle and I'm extremely proud of it. And I hope you like it.
Rules:
- Normal Standard Sudoku rules apply.
- Outlined regions are cages. The sum of digits in a cage is given in the top-left and digits cannot repeat.
- The clues outside the grid are little killer clues. They represent the sum of all digits along the diagonal. Digits may repeat on the diagonal.
- The little circle with a 1 inside means the difference between the 2 numbers connected by the circle is 1. (Consecutive digits).

Note: The entrance to this puzzle is a bit tricky. Once you get through it and around mid solve a small piece of logic is needed to be able to finish it.
