Broken Windoku

Oh no! Somebody put an arrow through your windoku. Now it's cracked and one of the panes is completely broken. Fill the grid with numbers and figure out which pane is broken.
Rules:
- Sudoku
- Arrow sudoku: Tails of arrows must sum to the number in the attached circle
- Broken windoku: 3 of the 4 highlighted window panes must contain all the numbers 1-9. One of the panes (you must determine which) is broken and contains repeated digits.
