Normal Sudoku rules apply, and also, each grey region contains the digits 1 to 9 (Windoku rules).
Numbers outside the grid give the sum of the digits between the 1 and 9 in their row or column (Sandwich rules).

I personally think this puzzle is underrated. (I also don't think you need to include the hint)
