Powerful Twos

- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- clues outside the grid indicates sum of the numbers between 1 and 9 in the row or column.
- Two cells separated by chess king's move cannot contain the same digit.
- In every row and column the corresponding power of 2's digits appear in the same order as the number, for example in the 5th row (2^5=32) 3 appears before 2 and in the 9th column (2^9=512) 5 appears before 1, which it self appears before 2. Note that digits might appear between them.
