Anti-Knight Killer Sudoku: "Murderer's Mask"

Normal Sudoku rules apply. Two of the same digit cannot be a chess knight's move apart. Digits in cages must sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage, and digits cannot repeat in a cage.
This puzzle has a difficult start, but once enough digits have been placed the solve becomes pretty smooth :)
