Standard Palindrome Sudoku rules apply, except the 9-cell regions are irregular in shape. These regions must also be deduced; given black demarcations between regions must be respected, i.e: if two adjacent cells are part of the same region, there cannot be a black line between them.
Palindrome: Digits along each grey line read the same from both directions.
Lösungscode: Row 8, followed by the number of regions touching the edge of the grid, in a 10 digit string.

Whew! What a workout! Nice puzzle. Thought after a hint from the author it would open right up, but it still stayed challenging to the very last cell. Try this one!

Difficulty bumped back up to 4 stars. Clarification again on the region demarcations.
HINT FOR SOLVING: There's a nice trick to spot, have a good look at how a couple of cells stifle a digit out of a partially defined region.
