Standard Sudoku rules apply.

Each digit in the grid represents a skyscraper of that height. If a cell contains an arrow, then the number in that cell denotes the number of skyscrapers that are visible in that direction from this vantage point (on the ground). Higher skyscrapers hide lower skyscrapers.

This puzzle uses the same rule set as ahaupt‘s hidden skyscraper and the description was taken from there

That's a puzzle idea with high potential. I liked it, but it's realy hard.

I loved it! The starting move is really well done, I found it to be very, very hard too.. I'm not a world class solver or anything, if I'm being honest, I am surprised at my ability to solve this very intimidating sudoku :)

Yes that's correct there is no negative constraint. There would have to be a whole lot more arrows if there were.
