Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Killer twin rules apply, each digit in a cage has to appear exactly twice in the same cage. All digits in a cage must sum to the number written on the cage (24,26,28 and 34).

Are you saying numbers cannot repeat in a cage? The wording of "repeating exactly once" is throwing me off a bit.
