Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
If the absolute difference between two neighboring cells equals 1 then they must be separated by a white dot.
If the digit in a cell is half of the digit in a neighboring cell then they must be separated by a black dot.
The dot between cells containing '1' and '2' can be either black or white.
