Inside of a dotted box, all numbers have to be different and sum to the small number in the corner.
Arrows around the grid give the direction in which all numbers sum to the given total. X is unknown at the beginning and has to be deduced.
The small black triangle denominates an inequality. It points to the smaller number of the two adjacent cells.

We shouldn't use the tags too much, like in websites for search engines. Here they appear on the start page. Now we have e.g. 'Killer', 'Killer Sudoku' and 'Killersudoku'. So we have three lists for Killer Sudokus...

@rob: Yes, you're right. I initially thought it might me a good way for people like me, who came here because of the youtube-channel, to find similar puzzles to what they usually solve.
But after your comment I came to the conclusion that it would actually just be a misuse of their popularity, so I took them out. Thank you!
