Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Along thermometers, digits appear in increasing order starting from the bulb.
- Cells separated by a knight's move (in chess) may not contain the same digit.

Nice puzzle, wouldn't say it's anywhere near 4 star difficulty though.
