All regions must have at least one air and one water cell, except for two regions (to be determined) that are flooded, and thus only water
-In each region, the digits in water cells must all be larger than the digits in air cells.
-"Additionally, if a row of a region contains only a consecutive set of digits, then they must appear in either ascending or descending order."

I like the fact that figuring out the aquariums were quite tricky by itself, and after that, the irregular sudoku still wasn't trivial to solve.
