Within each cage, the digits are 'balanced' and the frequencies of the digits are 'as equal as possible':
Additionally, cells that are a knight's move (chess) apart must not contain the same digit.

This is very good puzzle. I like how there are very few clues, but it's still solvable. For those who don't mind thinking a lot, I would recommend trying this one. Thank you for posting it - I will definitely check out other puzzles you have created.
