He's speaking about the tags you can set in the puzzle editor. You already used "standard puzzle" and "variant of a standard puzzle". There is a special one for "Sudoku". If you don't see it, look for the tooltips. If you add this tag, people can find your puzzle if they search for "Sudoku".
