Tic Tac Toe
Inspiration for this type comes from Sudoku GP 2020 UK round.
Solve online in F-Puzzles or in CtC-App (thanks Nick Smirnov!)
Apply classic sudoku rules.
The central 3x3 block serves as a map to the 9 corresponding 3x3 blocks. Wherever the central 3x3 block contains an odd digit, the corresponding 3x3 block must have three odd digits in at least one line (horizontal, vertical or diagonal). Wherever it contains an even digit, the corresponding 3x3 block must have three even digits in a line. No 3x3 block can contain both a line of odd digits and a line of even digits.
Solution code: Row 7, followed by column 8.
