Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Two of the 3x3 boxes have their odd digits marked in grey. In each remaining box the odd digits form the shape of a unique pentomino.
7 of the 8 possible pentominos shown below will be used in the grid, and the remaining unused pentomino contains the value of the "??" diagonal.
Clues outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits on the diagonal. Duplicate digits are allowed.
Clarifications / Errata:
Rotations and Reflections of the shown pentominos are allowed, but each labeled shape can only be used once.
The only pentomino value that matters is in the unused shape, the numbers in the used pentominos are unimportant.
This is probably harder than the first puzzle.

@chrisg67 No they do not. The letters are just for reference, not an additional restriction.
Obviously most shapes will be centered because it's the only way to fit into a 3x3 box, but the P and U pentominos both fit into 2x3 boxes so they have additional options.

Do the letters in the pentominos need to be in the central cell in each box?

Very nice problem. Compared to the previous problem, the Pentominos in this problem will take more time.
