Looks like I'm a bad liar and the puzzle is as bad. I'm sorry for the time you spent to find somehow what my unclear description meant.
Therefore I decided to change back to truth and updated the description accordingly. I hope that is ok for the people, who already solved the puzzle. The difficulty won't be anymore 2 stars, probably around 0.5 star.

@cdgw2000: i tried now with Liar (Knapp daneben) rules and the Sudoku is solvable as well :). I didn‘t think of that way of liar, but would have matched rather good to 1st April and with the given description about „1-4“, you could be pushed into that direction.

I follow the Liar Sudoku variant rule, that is: all the hint numbers are wrong, the error between the numbers is + -1, and the only solution is obtained.
