Uncertainty

I have prepared a set of 10 puzzles following the common theme of "Uncertainty". I am releasing the puzzles here on a daily basis, but if you are impatient, the full set can be found at this link. Each puzzle is a combination of two variants, but it is unknown in which parts of the grid each variant applies - that is to be determined during solving.

General Rules: Place a digit from 1-9 into each cell of the grid so that every row, column and outlined 3x3 region contains each digit exactly once.

Search Nine: If a digit N is placed on an arrow, then 9 must be placed in the cell pointed at by an arrow at a distance of N.

Point to Next: If a digit N is placed on an arrow, then N+1 must be placed in the direction of the arrow.

Combination Rule: In this puzzle, each arrow follows either Search Nine rules, or Point to Next Sudoku rules, or both.
