the first picture shows a circuit training of all five tetrominoes, for which only horizontal/vertical reflections and only along by the edges of the tetrominoes are allowed, and exactly 25 cells are used. after each reflection one cell of the tetromino is exchanged with a grey marked cell, to form another tetromino. one cell for tetromino i is marked.
the second picture needs a similiar training with only horizontal/vertikal reflections and only along by the edges of the pentominoes for all twelve pentominoes, in which exactly 72 cells are used. after each reflection one cell of the pentomino has to be exchanged with a grey marked cell, to form another pentomino. one cell for pentomino i is marked.
Lösungscode: from the second picture the owners of the grey cells from top to bottom; use letters filnptuvwxyz.

Rather than use graph paper, I solved this using my copy of the Blokus game. I did a little analysis of what pieces could transform into other shapes, but could not deduce much that way. Solution was found mostly by trial and error.

Tolles Rätsel, wenn man erstmal die Muße hat, sich reinzudenken.

as i can see from the example - reflections only along by the edges of the pentominoes.
