Sudoku Variants Series (023) - Perfect Squares

(Published on 6. May 2014, 00:00 by Richard)

For this Sudoku Variants Project I have planned to publish a different Sudoku variant every Tuesday. I will see how long it takes before I am running out of ideas.

Perfect Squares Sudoku
Place the digits from 1 tot 9 in every row, column and 3x3-block. A dot means that the digits in the two neighboring cells form a double digit square number in the reading direction. All dots are in the grid.

Solve online in F-Puzzles (thanks Nick Smirnov!) or in Sudokupad (thanks sisk0!)

Solution code: Column 2, followed by column 9.

I mistake understand this problem. dot mean think 81(o), 18(o) but 81(o), 18(x).

Danke
