No Triple Sudoku II
There should be digits 1 to 9 in every row, column and
3x3 block.
In addition orthogonal neighbor cells should not contain the triple value.
Example: Digit 2 in r8c4 prevents 6 in r8c3, r8c5, r7c4 and in r9c4.
