Every arrow points at exactly one diamond and on every diamond points at maximum one arrow.
Note: I remember vaguely a puzzle type with the name diamondsearch, that I often confused with sky of stars. I do not know whether the rules given here are the original rules. In case I remember right, for every diamond, there has been given one arrow. I removed some arrows to make use of the cells, that are not pointed to by any arrow.
Solution code: For every row the number of cells, that are between the two diamonds in that row.

For those reading only the English version: here the part of the description about having exactly two diamonds per row/column seems to be missing.
