Place the digits 1 to 9 in every row, column, 3x3 standard block. Digits in the circled cells give the sum of all digits along the path that the arrow travels. Digits can repeat within a sum, but cannot violate the non-repeating rules for a row/column/3x3 standard block.

That was crazy hard X_X... it's no surprise that the solvers who were already going through puzzles like this way back in 2010 wouldn't be stumped by much now
For the longest time I was sure this relied on some meta equation that was beyond my feeble (or nonexistent, rather) math skills, but nope, just classic arrow stuff, and a rather mindblowing break-in. But even past that, it was still relentlessly hard to progress and I had to bifurcate a bunch, but ah, I finally did it!
