Oh, very fun. This is probably on the higher end of 2*, might be 3* for someone who isn't used to pill arrows (or is unfamiliar with prime numbers).
The restriction of *only* prime numbers sharply reduced the number of possibilities, which was very helpful, and there are several instances of a couple of arrows working out to nicely fill one or two boxes entirely.
