Region Sum Circus

Normal Sudoku rules apply.
The 3x3 box borders divide the blue lines into segments with the same sum, but the sum may be different for different lines.
Using red, green, and blue, color in all circles such that:
-Orthogonally adjacent circles are different colors.
-The digit inside a circle appears that many times in circles of that color.
