Veiled Minima (FOW)

Rules:
- Sudoku: Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Between lines: Digits on a line connecting two circles must be strictly between the digits in those circles.
- Fortress: All line cells act as fortress (minimum) cells: any cell on a line, including the circled cells, must contain a value smaller than every orthogonally adjacent cell that does not lie on the line.
- Dynamic Fog: The grid is partially covered in fog. Placing a correct digit may clear fog elsewhere in the grid.

Fully 4*, I think antiknight. The midsolve was harder for me than the break-in, believe it or not. Great puzzle!
